Yanique was born and reared in Newark, NJ. Her knack for art and writing began to blossom as early as grammar school. It is through these talents that she is able to be expressive and liberated. Yanique received a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University in 2012. She earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2016 from Seton Hall University. She is currently working in her career of choice.
Born and raised in Oakland, CA, Simoné first developed her love for poetry in grade 6. Her passion for writing and storytelling slowly grew into fan fiction short stories, stage plays, and eventually screenplays. Simoné received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media from Clark Atlanta University in 2012 and received her Master of Arts in Filmmaking in 2015 from New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, CA. She is currently pursuing a career as a writer and director.
